Late actress Sridevi is popularly known as ‘Chandni’ of Bollywood. He passed away on 24 February 2018 in Dubai. She had gone to Dubai for nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding. Regarding Sridevi’s death, her husband Boney Kapoor has made many revelations in an interview given to ‘The New Indian’ recently. He has also commented in this interview about how Boney Kapoor was treated in Dubai after the death of the actress.
Boney Kapoor said, “Her death was not natural, it was accidental. At about 24 to 48 tas my inquiry started. The officials there told me that we had to investigate for so long because of the pressure from the Indian media. I had no problem facing their inquiries because I was honest.”
Boney Kapoor added, “My lie detector and many other tests were done. The complete investigation and post-mortem report has clearly stated that it was an accidental death. I was very sad to see her go. But what happened after her death was not fair. It affected me the most.”
“Sridevi used to follow a very strict diet. Even on the day of her death, she started her diet. Many times she does not want to eat anything. She always wants to look beautiful on screen. After marrying me, I saw that she often suffered from blackouts.
